Prices Due to the instability of the metals and currency markets, we do not issue a price list. Quotations are furnished upon request. Please indicate quantity and finish desired. Price discounts are based upon item quantity.Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms 1% 10 days, net 30 days, once credit has been approved. Open account terms may be established by providing us with one bank and three trade references - please allow two weeks to process a credit application. New accounts will be shipped C.O.D. or may be charged to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card (some restrictions may apply). Past due accounts will be charged interest. The rates will vary, depending upon current interest rates and as allow by law.
Minimum Orders For new accounts located in the United States, the minimum initial order is $250. The minimum order thereafter is $150. For new accounts located in Canda or Mexico, the mimimum initial order is $250. The minimum order thereafter is $200. For new accounts located overseas, the minimum initial order is $300. The minimum order thereafter is $300.
Ordering We gladly accept telephone, fax, email and written orders. When ordering, please use the item number, finish code and unit of measure - to ensure that your order is filled properly and without delay each must be correct. Please contact our sales staff to determine the "unit of measure" for specific items.
Finishes Correct finish designation is extremely important. If uncertain, please check with us for clarification. (Remember, "gold" and "silver" are generic color designations and do not specify a particular finish). Please review the finishes and their abbreviations listed separately. Plating shades may vary from item to item (due to configuration) and may vary from shipment to shipment.
Shipping If no specific instructions are provided, we will use an expeditious and economical carrier. Shipments are F.O.B. our New York City plant. Magic Novelty accepts responsibility for shipment up to delivery to common carrier or post office.
Claims Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Damage in shipping must be reported directly to the carrier upon receipt of merchandise in order to substantiate any insured value.
Returns All returns require pre-authorization. Any errors made by Magic Novelty will be corrected to the customer's satisfaction. However, a minimum 20% restocking charge, market considerations and shipping expenses will apply on returns due to customer error. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders, merchandise that has been altered or that has been sent to secondary parties such as contractors or platers.
Cancellations Will be accepted without charge-back unless goods are in process. For orders in process, Magic Novelty reserves the right to determine cancellation charges with respect to costs associated with the cancellation.
Breakage Factor For certain items, especially neckchains and keychains, there is a small percentage of loss and breakage due to the plating process, which must be borne by the customer. We will, however, guarantee 100% count when "raw" is ordered.
